Where did you get the new dinnet table ?

The RV we are purchasing has LED lighting. I despise LED's! They hurt my eyes and the flickering/strobing makes me dizzy. What needs to be done to use incandescent light fixtures? 120 or 12V? Can it be done? Thanks!
